Visions in Steel Raleigh

This fall, Visions in Steel is celebrating the craft and creativity of North Carolina fabricators in Raleigh!

The exhibition will feature striking portraits and stories from local shops whose work shapes iconic projects throughout the region. Visitors will see firsthand how expertise and collaboration turn bold architectural visions into enduring structures.

On view at AIA North Carolina’s Center for Architecture and Design from September 22 to October 24, 2025, the exhibition will formally kick off with an opening reception on Thursday, September 25--a chance to meet the makers, connect with the design community, and be inspired by the people behind the steel.
