Empowering Sustainable Design: Toolkits for Reducing Embodied Carbon in Steel

AISC’s recently published its Sustainability Designer Toolkit, which serves as a one-stop shop for everything an engineer or architect would need to design sustainably with steel. This session will review design strategies and rules of thumb, and holistic specification strategies that designers can easily implement in their projects to reduce embodied carbon.
